Is the chicken avocado zucchini noodle bowl healthy?

Where do I get zucchini noodles?
Zucchini noodles are gluten free, low in calories and have small amounts of protein and fibre. You can easily make your own zucchini noodles using a spiralizer or you can find them in your local grocery store.
Ingredients
4 cups (100g) baby spinach, coarsely chopped
3 cups zucchini noodles, (2 medium zucchinis)
3 cups cooked chicken breasts, cubed
16 grape tomatoes, halved
1 medium avocado, pitted and sliced
Lime Crema:
Stir together 6 tbsp. plain yogurt, with juice & zest from ½ of a lime.
Directions
In each of four wide bowls, spread a cup of spinach, a heaping cup of zucchini noodles and top with 1/4 of the chicken, 4 halved grape tomatoes and 1/4 of the avocado. Drizzle with 2 heaping tablespoons of the Lime Crema and serve.
