What makes this fresh homemade Tzatziki sauce healthy?
Cucumbers are one of the main ingredients in tzatziki, and are high in Vitamins C & K, magnesium, potassium and manganese. Eat with the peel on for maximum nutritional benefits. Yogurt contains protein and is an excellent source of several vitamins and minerals, including calcium. This combination of ingredients may offer antioxidant properties.
Together, the cucumber and yogurt is a healthy low calorie dip. Best of all, it’s delicious when served with a variety of brightly coloured vegetables.

1c. grated cucumber (skin on)
1 tbsp olive oil,
