Ingredients:
1 medium to large avocado, mashed
1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
One roma tomato, diced
1/2 lime, juiced
1/4 tsp fresh garlic, minced
optional: salsa or cilantro, to taste.
Peel & mash avocado in a bowl, or blend if a smoother texture is preferred.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate about an hour so the flavours combine.
Serve as a dip with your favourite crisp vegetables.
