  • 1cup (8oz) Carrots more or less based on appetite
  • 1cup (8oz) Celery stalks
  • ½ Green, Yellow or Red Pepper
  • 1 Macintosh or Delicious Apple (with skin on)
  • 1 Red Skinned Potato (with skin on)
  • 1/4cup (2oz) Parsley (fresh)
  • 1 Beet root (average tennis ball size)


Juice Fresh Daily! This batch of juice makes approximately 200-250mls. Sip slowly over a 60-90 minute period.
