Ingredients:
1-lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 1” strips
2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
2 tbsp. flour
One red pepper, chopped
One green pepper, chopped
1 cup frozen corn
1-1/2 cups salsa
Directions:
Place chicken in the slow cooker. Sift seasoning with flour and mix with the chicken so it is coated. Add remaining ingredients and gently stir so it is well mixed.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours (or high for 3-4 hours)
Serve over rice of your choice. Top with cheese and green onions.
