She is a Certified Herbalist, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and Reiki Master. Christa has dedicated her career to supporting you in your journey toward physical, emotional, and energetic balance. Her practice is deeply rooted in the belief that healing occurs when the whole person is addressed with care and intention.
Christa is known for her ability to truly listen to your needs. Integrating herbal remedies, holistic nutrition, and energy work, she creates personalized wellness plans that support the mind, body and spirit. She uses EAV technology to identify underlying imbalances and craft targeted herbal formulas that promote long-term healing and vitality.
