Both rice and almond milk provide added nutritional benefits. Rice milk has a few more calories but it provides healthy amounts of Vitamins A, B12 & D. Almond milk is a good source of magnesium and is low in calories. Either one will combine with the protein powder and coffee to create this delicious smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 cup rice milk (or almond milk)
1 scoop G4Y Chocolate Protein Powder
3 Coffee Ice Cubes
Combine the first 2 ingredients using a shaker cup. Add the coffee ice cubes, shake and then pour into large glass. Garnish with cocoa powder. Enjoy this refreshing nutritious protein smoothie for breakfast or a snack!
