A smart alternative for a sports drink.
- ½ cucumber
- 2 limes peeled
- 1 ½ cups coconut water
Using a juicer, juice the cucumber and lime. Add the juice with the coconut water. Serve cold or over ice. If you don’t have a juicer you could just add the cucumber slices to the coconut water and refrigerate for a couple of hours then add ¼ cup lime juice (freshly squeezed).
