Why should you make this Dandelion Root Chai Latte Elixir?
Dandelion root is a wonderful herb to help in the gentle detoxification of the liver. It may stimulate bile secretions helping your body break down, absorb and eliminate fat. It is also very nutrient dense, and because it is rich in antioxidant properties, may help reduce inflammation. The festive blend of these spices, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom, may have powerful antiviral and antibacterial properties. These combined spices are also soothing and delicious.
Adding raw honey and coconut oil helps blend the tea with your choice of milk. Try using organic soy milk with this recipe as it nicely compliments the spicy flavour. Raw honey is rich in powerful enzymes. Coconut oil offers a silky touch for blending, and antifungal properties to help support your immune system.
