Snack time just got exciting with this energy boosting recipe!

2 c. Greek yogurt, nonfat
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. dried cranberries
1 tbsp. raisins
5 fresh strawberries, chopped
1 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
1 tsp. desiccated coconut
- Mix yogurt & honey together. Add cranberries & raisins, stir.
- Pour yogurt mixture on foil lined tray. Spread to about ½ inch thick.
- Sprinkle topping over mixture & freeze for 2-4 hours until completely frozen.
- Use a sharp knife to break bark into pieces. Can be stored in freezer in food bags.
