Snack time just got exciting with this Frozen Yogurt Bark. It’s an energy boosting recipe and is packed full of nutrients and the goodness of probiotics to help with your gut health. Ingredients for Frozen Yogurt Bark
Bark:
2 c. Greek yogurt, nonfat
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. dried cranberries
1 tbsp. raisins
Toppings:
5 fresh strawberries, chopped
1 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
1 tsp. desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Mix yogurt & honey together. Add cranberries & raisins and stir gently until combined.
- Pour the yogurt mixture on a foil lined tray. Spread until it is about ½ inch thick.
- Sprinkle fruit, chips and coconut topping over mixture & freeze for 2-4 hours until completely frozen.
- Use a sharp knife to break bark into pieces. Can be stored in freezer in food bags.
