Frozen Yogurt Bark

Snack time just got exciting with this energy boosting recipe!

Ingredients

Bark:

2 c. Greek yogurt, nonfat

2 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. dried cranberries

1 tbsp. raisins

Toppings:

5 fresh strawberries, chopped

1 tbsp. dark chocolate chips

1 tsp. desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt & honey together. Add cranberries & raisins, stir.
  2. Pour yogurt mixture on foil lined tray. Spread to about ½ inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle topping over mixture & freeze for 2-4 hours until completely frozen.
  4. Use a sharp knife to break bark into pieces.  Can be stored in freezer           in food bags.
