Our recipe uses the goodness of Udo’s oil and the benefits of apple cider vinegar. “Udo’s choice oil is a supplement that has a 2:1:1 ratio of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. Apple cider vinegar with the mother is unrefined and unfiltered leaving the existing bacteria (the mother) present which gives it the cloudy, thick appearance. This good bacteria may help to keep the digestive system running smoothly.
Make enough to last you a week or so. Handy to have it ready for your next spur of the moment salad treat.
Ingredients
- 2/3 Udo’s Choice Oil
- 1/3 Apple Cider Vinegar (with the “mother”)
- 1-2 Garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- Dill
- Cayenne
Preparation Blend all ingredients together in a glass jar, shake and pour. Enjoy!
