Probiotics found in this recipe can help restore the natural balance of gut bacteria by introducing good bacteria to your gut. Fresh ginger is beneficial for indigestion relief. Chia seeds are packed full of fibre, protein, omega3 fatty acids and are loaded with antioxidants. Combined with the vitamins from the berries and potassium from the coconut water, this delicious morning smoothie packs quite a punch. It’s easy to make and clean-up is a breeze. Change up the type of berries each time you make this, just for variety.

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut water

¾ cup berries (your choice)

1 tbsp. chia seeds

1 tbsp. aloe vera

½ tsp. probiotics

¼ tsp. coconut oil

¼ tsp. grated ginger

Method:  Add all ingredients to your vitamix blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth. Pour into a large glass and top with a few whole berries. Enjoy!
