This is an easy to make salad dressing that is great for people with high cholesterol/triglycerides, on a weight loss plan or for those of us who just enjoy great tasting food.


  • 2/3 Udo’s Choice Oil
  • 1/3 Apple Cider Vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • Dill
  • Cayenne

Preparation Blend all ingredients together in a glass jar, shake and pour. Enjoy!
