Ingredients:
- 4 cups pecans
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
- Combine pecans, maple syrup and spices in a bowl.
- Whip the egg white to a froth in a separate bowl.
- Fold in egg white with the pecans and spices until all coated.
- Spread pecans on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 375F for 10 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
