Ingredients:

  • 4 cups pecans
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Combine pecans, maple syrup and spices in a bowl.
  2. Whip the egg white to a froth in a separate bowl.
  3. Fold in egg white with the pecans and spices until all coated.
  4. Spread pecans on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 375F for 10 minutes.
  5. Let cool and enjoy!
